About Me
I support adults (18+) navigating stress, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, life transitions, grief, complex trauma, and beyond, with a dedicated focus on women’s and LGBTQIA+ health and wellness.
As a licensed professional counselor and certified recovery coach with over ten years years of experience in community mental health, college counseling, intensive outpatient programs, clinical and administrative supervision, and private practice, I bring a grounded and trauma-informed approach to every session.
My work is also deeply shaped by my own long-term recovery journey, which helps me meet clients with authenticity, compassion, and respect for the many paths healing can take.
I create supportive, engaging spaces—both virtual and in-person—where mindfulness, healing energy work, and expressive arts come together to spark insight and connection. My aim is to make growth feel accessible, empowering, and sustainable.

*I have been trained in and my work aligns with the SHE RECOVERS® Intentions & Guiding Principles which allows me to share my personal and professional experience with women of all ages and stages on the path of recovery.
My training as a psychodynamic therapist, combined with my background in community mental health, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, creative expression, and trauma-informed care informs my approach to individual and group wellness services.
This foundation allows me to build collaborative relationships with clients rooted in trust, authenticity, and mutual respect.
Today, I offer holistic coaching services and support groups for self-identified women and nonbinary individuals, emphasizing mindfulness and creative expression as powerful tools for healing, resilience, and reconnection with the self.
My client-centered, holistic approach addresses the needs of the whole person: mind, body, heart, and spirit.
I am also a woman in long-term recovery, sober since 2011, and my personal journey deeply informs my work. In addition to counseling and coaching, I am a Reiki Level III Master Practitioner, an artist, and a mom to two young adult children.
