Virtual Women’s Art Recovery Support Group

You’re invited to our weekly Women’s Art Recovery Support Group — a free, welcoming space for creative expression and connection.

The Women’s Art Recovery Support Group is a welcoming community for all women and nonbinary individuals to explore healing through creative expression.

With guided topic discussions and shared art making, members can express themselves authentically, feel empowered, and support others in their personal development, health, and wellness.

Whether you’re new to art or an experienced creator, this group provides a nurturing space for personal growth and genuine connection. Let’s explore together—one small, creative step at a time.

Join our private Facebook group here to share art made in and out of session and to connect with community members. You can also find us on Meetup here.

Wednesday 7PM ET
First Sunday of the Month 4PM

Who is it for?
Women and nonbinary individuals seeking a supportive space for healing and creativity.* All experience levels are welcome.

What to bring?
Any materials you have on hand—pens, paints, a journal, or a craft project. Simply come as you are.

What happens in a session?
We begin with an optional prompt, move into open art-making with gentle background music, and close with optional sharing.

Sharing is always optional. Registration is now required.

This is a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed space where each person’s process is honored.

*This space welcomes those navigating recovery, healing, or personal transformation—including mental health challenges, substance use, grief, chronic pain, and more. You do not need to identify as “in recovery” to attend. You’re welcome to simply observe and see if it feels right for you.
