You’re warmly invited to a virtual creative wellness workshop for women— a nourishing space to pause, reflect, and intentionally welcome the energy you want to carry into the new year.

Through a gentle guided meditation and intuitive collage making, we’ll explore choosing a word of the year, and create a mood board that reflects the feelings, values, and qualities you’re ready to invite in. No artistic experience needed — just curiosity and an open heart.
