You’re invited to our weekly Women’s Art Recovery Peer Support Group—a free, welcoming space for creative expression and connection.

No need to sign up—just drop in whenever you’d like!

The Virtual Women’s Art Recovery Peer Support Group is a welcoming community for all self-identified women and nonbinary individuals to explore healing through creative expression. With guided topic discussions and shared art-making, members can express themselves authentically, find empowerment, and support others in their personal development, health, and wellness. Whether you’re new to art or an experienced creator, this group provides a nurturing space for personal growth and genuine connection. Let’s explore together—one small, creative step at a time.

First Sunday of the Month @ 4 PM ET

 Who’s it for?
All self-identified women and nonbinary folks seeking a supportive space for healing through creativity.*

 What to bring?

Whatever you have on hand—markers, paints, pens, a journal, or a craft project. No need to buy anything new—just bring yourself.

 What happens in a session?
An optional topic will be presented, then we will ease into our open art practice (with calming background music), and end with a  discussion about our experience.

Sharing is completely optional, and your camera can stay off—come as you are, however you are.

This is a judgment-free, trauma-informed space where we support each community member’s healing journey, and honor the power of creative expression.

*This creative healing space is for self-identified women and nonbinary individuals navigating recovery, healing, and transformation through self-expression. We welcome those in all stages of recovery—including from mental health conditions, substance use, eating disorders, grief, chronic pain, codependency, perfectionism, and more. You do not need to identify as “in recovery” to participate—observers are welcome.

Please share with friends who may benefit from time in community and the healing practice of creativity.
